Duda con OC al RAM

Pregunta sobre la RAM:
en el bios en gral hay bastantes mas opciones para modificar ademas del CAS Latency.
porejemplo:
RAS precharge
RAS to CAS delay
Cycle time
etc
etc
(las copie del cpu-z, tal vez le erre en alguna pero el hecho es que estan en el bios y si pongo config manuallas puedo modificar.
La pregunta es si sirve de algo probar con eso, si puedo romper algo o que…
En mi caso tengo un modulo de 256 Spectek PC3200 con CAS Latency autodetectado de 2.5, pero la tengo a 2 y anda joya y tenia el precharge a 5 y se lo puse a 4 y sigue andando bien, pero no se que es eso...
Sigo tocando o voy a quemar todo?que es esto?

-Active to precharge(tras) [6t/7t/8t/9t]

comentario a parte: hasta recien tenia mi memo a 2 de CAS (es 2.5 segun el PSD) y andaba perfecto, se la baje a 1.5 y ya no arranco. tuve que hacer un CLRBM (clear bios memry porque no me acuerdo como se escribe). Hay tanta diferencia entre 2 y 1.5 que deja de funcionar?
