Hay alguna forma para que los coolers esten andando todo el tiempo a su maxima velocidad?

puesss, si esta enchufado en algún regulador ponerlo a velocidad máxima, si esta conectado al conector cpu fan de la placa base controlar la velocidad desde la BIOS o enchufarlo en otro conector ( system fan, power fan )
