¡¡¡Overclock en RAM DDR Ayuda!!!

Hola q tal?
Bueno ya hace unos dias k estoy probando de hacer overclock a mi makina y ahora le toca a la RAM. En este tema estoy un poco perdido y me gustaria que me ayudarais. Mi memoria es una Kingston 512Mb DDR a 400Mhz.(Total 1Gb estan en Dual Chanel).En la etiqueta de la memoria he podido leer esto: KVR400X64C3A/512He mirado el apartado de la memoria en la Bios y encontre esto:
Memclock to cpu ratio:
[1:1(DDR 200)]
[4:3(DDR 266)]
3:2
[5:3(DDR 333)]
[2:1(DDR 400)]CAS Latency (CL): 2, 2.5, 3
DDR Volt. 2.6, 2.7, 2.8No se si es buena idea pero he pensado en bajar el CL a 2.5 y subir el voltaje a 2.7.
Bueno espero k me ayudeis y gracias de antemano!
P.D: La placa es una Asus A8V-Deluxe con un AMD64 3500+@2400Mhz

yo la pondria en relacion 1:1 con CL2 y si te pasa el prime subirlas e ir probando con un voltage de 2.9 no seria peligroso
