pues o bien dsd la bios ( suprimir al arrancar pc y control+F1 para desbloquear las opciones de OC ) o bien dsd algún programa incluido en el cd de tu placa base

por el micro no hay problema,por experiencia la respuesta es SI, sin problemas siempre y cuando la memoria sea a 400mhz y el chipset de la placa este preparado para esta transferencia.
