Problemas en temperatura de la placa

La placa es una DFI NF4 SLI DR, la CPU un winchester 3200.
Cuando le suvo un poco el Vcore: 10% en la Bios y en el Speed Smart de 1,40 a 1,45 V, a 270 de FSB, para testarlo juego 10m. y luego miro las temperaturas.
Y me suve mucho la de la placa: 59º, mientras que la CPU está a 46º.
La caja está bien ventilada, tiene un ventilador delante metiendo y otro detras sacando, y ademas ahora la tengo abierta.
A ver si alguien que tenga esta misma placa me puede decir si le ha sucedido lo mismo. -
