Herramientas Administrativas: Services.msc ¿Manual?

Hace un tiempo, en mis favoritos, tenía un par de páginas que te describían los servicios y te recomendaban qué hacer con ellos, si deshabilitarlos, dejarlos en manual o en automático.
Pues bien, no encuentro los enlaces por ningún lado. ¿Alguien tiene en sus favoritos una página de éstas características?.
