Dudas sobre overclock

Hola a todas antes de nada. Estoy juntando dinero para pillarme para la semana o siguiente un p4 a 1.6 o 1.8, y claro esta para subirlo de vueltas. Mis preguntas son:
1- como puedo quemar el micro, si se mantiene a una temperatura adecuada (decidme + o - cual es el limite de la temperatura)
2- Puedo quemar o estropear la placa a parte del micro.
3- Como se va ha hacer overclock es mejor meterle memoria 333 sin marca o 266 de marca.Por ahora ago estas preguntas despues si me surgen mas dudas ya os la comentare. Nunca he hecho overclock pero estoy ansioso por probarlo.Si la placa no se me jodiese me pillaria un 1.6 y lo subiria hasta k ardiera
