Problemas al traspasar video a pc

Cuando conecto mi samsung scd105 a través de usb al pc, a visualización de imagen es defectuosa, pierde nitidez observandose la imagen a intervalos y con cuadros pequeños que dan el aspecto de imagen en mosaico, sin accionar tal efecto en la cámara. El programa que uso es el ULEAD VIDEO STUDIO SE 7.0. Tampoco logro escuchar el sonido de la cinta. Mi pc es un AMD ATLON XP 1800+, HD 80 GB,256 RAM DDR,VIDEO GEFORCE 2 ,NVIDIA.¿CÓMO PUEDO VISUALIZAR BIEN MIS VIDEOS?
