Hola,
Tengo un Pentium 4 1,4 Ghz 400 FSB, mi placa funciona va 400Mhz y acepta micros desde 1,3ghz a 2,40Ghz FSB 400. mi pregunta es:
Si pongo un micro 2,40Ghz pero 533, funcionaria en mi placa??????????? ya que no encuentro de 400.

Si, funcionaria perfectamente pero la velocidad del bus la bajaria a 400. 1 saludo

No está tan seguro de que le funcione porque tiene que ser el mismo tipo de socket. Yo tengo 1 p4 1300 willamete y es socket 423 y es fsb 400. Por lo tanto me temo que igual el tuyo es el siguiente al mio y seguramente también es socket 423 por lo tanto esos p4 de fsb 533 seguramente seran socket 478 y entonces no te valdrían.

Sip, entonces te servira. Yo tengo uno a 533, y no se si perdera mucho rendimiento a 400, pero va estupendamente y no es un micro calentito
