Ayuda con ram

Wenas, kisiera saber si alguno konoce algun komando o programa para liberar ram, yo me akuerdo ke el el Me lo tenia, xo para el 2000 no tengo ni idea, alguno sabe de alguno???

1.- Botón derecho sobre escritorio -> Nuevo -> Documento de texto.
2.- Abrirlo y escribir: "Mystring=80000000" (sin comillas) en caso de tener más de 128 MB RAM. Si se tienen 128 MB ó menos, escribir: "Mystring=16000000" (sin comillas).
3.- Cerrar documento y ponerle un nombre adecuado.
4.- Cambiar la extensión del documento, de .txt a .vbe
Al hacer doble clic sobre el icono se activa la liberalización de la RAM.
