Sirve mi pipe 101 para 939 o 754??

Buenas!
Tengo un disipa ThermalTake Heatpipe 101 montado en una placa Asus con Socket A. Según veo en las instrucciones y en la web sirve para P4, K7 y K8 (En concreto pone: P4 478, AMD Athlon 64 / Athlon 64 FX, y AMD Athlon XP). Ahí va mi duda: Athlon 64 es solo socket 939, solo socket 754 o ambos?
La pregunta tmb podría ser: ¿Sirve mi Pipe 101 para un 939? y acabaríamos antes
