Quisiera aprovechar mi PC

Buenas. Llevo unos dias viendo la pagina intentando sacarle provecho a mi pc pero cmo no tengo ni idea… pues aqui os pongo informacion de mi pc y si ustedes fuerais tan modestos de decirme mas o menos que puedo acer para sacarle mas jugo al bicho este pue... os lo agradeceria muxo
