Encender 2 fuentes de alimentacion

Buenas a tod@s, soy nuevo en el foro, aunque llevo bastante tiempo leyendo vuestros post.
Vereis he leido por ahi que en el foro hay un post sobre como encender dos fuentes de alimentacion simultameamente al conectar el PC, pero no logo encontrarlo.
Podeis decirme que tengo que hacer???

Tengo una pequeña duda, ¿y si una de las fuentes es AT??
El conector ya no es el mismo, asi que el diseño de esa page no me vale….
