Como se cambian de lugar las carpetas del outloock express

el IE permite cambiar de partición las carpetas de archivos temporarios del IE,
se puede hacer lo mismo con el outlook express? -
Herramientas -> Opciones -> Mantenimiento -> Carpeta de almacen -> De nada!
