Sintonizadora híbrida

¿Que sintonizadora híbrida me recomendáis?
En un principio me da igual que sea usb o pci, ¿las usb tienen alguna ventaja sobre las pci?
Ahota tengo una avermedia analógica y veo los canales con un poco de "agua", se supone que los digitales los veré bien ¿no?
