Me detiene el servicio de la cola de impresion

Hola no entiendo porque pero cuando inicio el servicio de la cola de impresion me da el error 0X0001df8c y me detiene el servicio, y por lo tanto no puedo imprimir desde ninguna impresora,
llevo aqui un rato mirando porque pero no encuentro ninguna solucion.
Alguien puede saber a q se debe??
