Duda con cool and quiet

Tengo un Athlon 64 3000+ en una KV8 SE de asus. Tengo dos dudas. He activado las opciones de la placa base y he puesto en opciones de energia tanto energia minima como portatil y el ventilador sigue llendo a tope siempre. tambien he instalado el ultimo drivers del procesador.Antes del formateo que hice ayer me iba bien y por la noche iba mucho mas lento(y silencio x tanto) el ventilador.
2º duda:si le meto mas ventiladores para crear una corriente de aire en la caja a estos tambien se le aplica el cool and quiet y van mas lentos cuando deje el pc encendido por la noche?muchas gracias y un saludo.

no afecta a los ventiladores que no sea el de CPU, ponles un rehobus y los reguilas por la noche al mínimo llistos
