Diferencias entre Brisbane y windsor 4200 X2

Hola compañeros. A ver si me podeis decir que diferencias hay entre estos dos núcleos aparte de que el Brisbane es Low Voltage osea voltage bajo y es un poco más caro.

64 Processor and AMD Sempron ProcessorSegun esto el nucleo es el mismo (es una errata de la tienda alternativa porque ambos son Winsord) pero uno es EE (Energy Efficient) mirate esto y sabras de que hablo:
