Cual de estas placas para CONROE E6600???

Hola chic@s, tengo un pequeño problema jeje
estoy pensandome en pasarme a Conroe y finalmente lo hare para octubre o noviembre i sino pa navidades como todos xDpero el problema es que no kiero jubilar mi grafica 6800GE@GT pues es nueva jeje, para ello habia pensado en las placas ASROCK 775DUAL-VSTA y la ASROCK 775i65G.
Puesto k la ASROCK DUAL parece mas completa incorpora chipset VIA, pero la otra lleva un Intel 865G
¿con cual me rendira mejor?

PD: si cambiare de fuente x una tacens xD no os preocupeis xD … o conoceis de alguna placa de otra marca k tambien soporte el AGP?

PD2: solo kiero hacerle OC hasta subirlo a nivel del E6700 o un poco mas nose con 2'5Ghz tengo suficiente jeje
