Problema nvtcp

Nvtcp.sys me produce al poco rato de ejecutar el emule un volcado de memoria que puedo hacer para solucionarlo.
Este es mi equipo:
Asus a8ne
3800 dual core
xfx6800gs xxx edition
2x512 ocz platinum pc3200 -
De momento pasa un memtest a las memorias en msdos.

Descárgate los últimos drivers para tu placa, parece ser que no eres el primero al que le pasa:
