Que elegir con oc moderado?

Buenas,
voy a comprar un E6600 al que como mucho le subiré el fsb hasta unos 333 ó 400 Mhz, mi duda es si con cualquiera de estas cos placas me tirará el oc sin problemas:
-GIGABYTE 965P-DS4 ATX S775
-GIGABYTE 965P-DQ6 ATX S775
