Llevar el perfil en el USB

Wenas, hace un año aproximadamente me encontre un programa que permitia poner el perfil de windows en un pendrive, y arrancar con el en cualquier PC con windows XP SP2, arrancando con mi usuario.
El problema es que haciendo la tipica limpieza me lo he pulido… Alguien sabe o usa un programa que permita hacer eso?
