Fuente externa? (Ayuda)

Hola a todos, estoy empezando mi primera mod con una micro-atx y encontré una caja muy pequeña de un IBM antiguo¿? no sé ni que era, pero no tenia fuente. El caso es que me cabe justito la placa, el disco y el DVD, pero no la fuente y tengo varias ideas pero me gustaria saber si alguno de vosotros sabe como poner la fuente externa de un modo facilillo. Yo tengo una fuente externa e un amiga 500, no se cuanta potencia dara y lso voltajes pero seguro q alguien si
