Problemas Photoshop CS3 y Vista Ultimate

Pues eso, voy a instalar los CS3 de adobe, y pongo los siguientes:
- Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 –> 0 problemas
- Adobe Fireworks CS3 --> 0 problemas
- Adobe Illustrator CS2 --> 0 problemas
- Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended --> problema me sale este mensajito mientras instala:
"Critical errors were found in setup"
- Session has dependences that cannot be satisfied
Please see setup log file for details.
¿la cuestion que ahora me aparecen 2 photoshops en la pantalla de agregar o quitar programas y no se quitan :S

Hola.¿mantienes el sistema actualizado?.Si no es asi creo que la actualizacion (KB935280) podria rersolver ese problema con esa version del Photoshop.
