Si la fuente es solo para el procesador, una normalita te sobra, pero si ya quieres meterle gráfica, tarjeta de sonido, grabadora de DVD, discos duros y demás, pues necesitarás más potencia.
Sería bueno que pusieses las características de tu equipo.
