Ayuda para overclockear mi pc COMPLETA!

Hola, tengo un AMD sempron 2800+ 2.00ghz, 512mb de ram 400mhz kingston (pronto 1gb) y mi placa mother es una MSI kt6v (chipset kt600) AGP y quisiera llevar el micro a 3000+… esto es posible y se puede hacer con total confianza y normalidad?
Pero tambien quiero cambiar mi placa de video biostar geforce fx 5200 (128mb y 64bits) a una biostar geforce 6800xe (256mb y 128bits, 275mhz core y 533mhz memory), pero a esta le quiero subir a 380mhz core y 800mhz memory y le quiero desbloquear los 16pp y los 6 vertex (viene con 8 y 3 ocultos). Esto se que se puede hacer pq lo he leido en distintos foros...
Me recomiendan hacer todo esto? no tendre inconvenientes? Ventajas y/o desventajas?
He pensado en cambiar mi fuente generica y agregarle una fuente de 450w reales..Les agradezco profundamente su ayuda y su tiempo.
