¿Es un buen disipador?

Hola quisiera saber que me recomendais estoy entre los dos siguientes para el Core 2 Quad Q9450 que me pillare y no quiero hacerle overclock

desde el primer momento pense en elegir el thermalright pero me han dicho que si no voy a hacer overclock es tonteria elegirlo. Tambien preferiría elegir el mas silencioso

Yo tengo de esa marca el Infinity, uno como el que te comenta el compañero pero anterior y es muy bueno sin irse de precio como otros. Trae un ventilador enorme que no hace ruido y mueve mucho aire por su tamaño. :sisi:

¿y los tres ventiladores opcionales son los que se pueden comprar para la torre de 12 cm o son algunos especificos?
