Problema con ventiladores placa a causa modem

ola soy nuevo aki y no se si estoy bien situado , temgo un problemilla con los ventiladores de la placa y esk cuando enciendo el modem se disparan al 100% y si apago el modem sigen a 100, pr casi siempre si reinicio el pc se keda normal pr al par de oras salta de nuevo o si conecto un pen drive o mp3. Y con el modem apagado no ocurre nada, conecto el pen drive y nada
no encuentro el problema, podrian ayudarme? muchas gracias de anticipado -
