No bootea mi acer aspire

buenas tengo una ACER Aspire serie 3000 modelo 3182-381 y no quiere bootear mi cd rom ya que quiero instalar el windows xp (un xp ligero) nose como es que puedo bootear he entrado al bios y no me da la opcion con el cd rom solo el la disquetera y el disco duro y mas abajo dice cd rom boot le pongo habilitar pero nada no puede bootear como soluciono este problema o hay algun disco de inicio para xp
