Hola quería que me ayudarais los que tengais un Acer 9920G, resulta que quiero quitar los subtítulos de algunos canales y en los botones de la pantalla al reproducir no aparece ninguno que sea de subtítulos tal y como indican las instrucciones, y aparte saber si se puede reproducir a pantalla completa, ya que ahora mismo se queda la pantalla centrada y salen 2 franjas laterales en vertical.

Nadie me puede ayudar, para quitar los subtítulos que estan activados por defecto y a poner la pantalla en modo 16:9, ya que ahora esta en 4:3.
