Sobre RAM

Hola a todos
Hace un tiempo me ayudasteis con unos temitas, la cosa es que ahora por tema de juegos necesito más RAM.
Vereis la placa es P4 Gigabyte 8i945P-G.
El procesador Intel P4 3.2Ghz M640 SK775.
Windows XP.Actualmente tengo dos slots de 512MB DDR2 533 KINGSTON (quedan dos libres).
En las especificaciones de la placa GIGABYTE GA-8I945P-G | Placas Base - Especificaciones
Pone:
- 4 zócalos DIMM DDR II (soporta hasta 4GB)
- Soporta 1.8V DDR2 DIMMs
- Soporta dual channel DIMM DDR II 667/533/400
También dice "Tu use a DDR II 667 memory module on the motherboard, you must installa an 800/1066MHz FSB processor". Que mirando en GIGABYTE GA-8I945P-G | Placas Base - Lista de CPU Soportadas veo que es de 800.
Mi pregunta es:
Puedo poner 2 slots cada uno de 1Gb? Se "entenderan" con el Gb que tengo?? Es decir podre usar los 3???
O puedo poner 1 de 1 Gb?? Y que se entienda con el 2x512 que tengo.Muchas gracias

pones un kit de 2x1gb de 533mhz o de 667mhz y no tendras problemas
