Semprom 3000 vs Athlon XP 2200

Hola, me he encontrado con estos dos micros y tengo k montar un ordenador. Hace muchisimo tiempo k no me pongo con esto y tengo dudas de cual es mejor.
Alguien me puede decir cual es mejor y si hay mucha diferencia.

Monta el Sempron, ya que es bastante superior. Vamos, que el equivalente del Semprom 3000+ seria un Athlon XP 2700/2800+
