placa Base gigabyte GA-8I915P duo y he comprado una Tarjeta Graficas ASUS hd4670 512Mb PCIE y no funciona el ordenador ,no se ve nada son incompatibles.

Esta tarjeta gráfica debería funcionar sin problemas en este ordenador. Sabiendo que esta tarjeta gráfica es PCI-express 2.0, debería funcionar también en una placa base con PCI-express 1.0.
Una pregunta ¿has desinstalado los drivers de la antigua tarjeta gráfica?
Primero pon la antigua tarjeta gráfica y desinstala los drivers, y lo reinicias. Luego apagas el ordenador y instalas la nueva tarjeta gráfica.
Si con eso no te funciona deberás resetear la BIOS
