Problemas con la velocidad

Tengo el mother board P6N sli msi oem MS-7350VP , lo que pasa es que mi mother no tiene ninguna opcion que permita subir la velocidad del procesador, tengo un E5200 @ 2.5 ghz, pero realmente no pasa de 1200 mhz , segun lei es por el speed step o algo asi pero lo quiero tener a su velocidad real ya que juego bastante
he probado todos los programas posibles de hacer overclocking y no pasa nada se queda igualayuda plis !

bueno amigo ese board que comentas tiene la posibilidad de ir a la BIos Setup y en el apartado de procesor tecnologi o advance configuration o algo por el estilo puedes encontrar el intel speedsteep y desactivarlo o si por si acaso no lo encuentras o te resulta dificil puedes bloquear el multiplicador del fsb para que no cambie!!!
