Problema con LG ggw-h20l

Me he comprado esta grabadora de blu-ray,al conectarla el pc la reconoce perfectamene ,lee cd,dvd pero cuando le meto un blu-ray dice que nanai :nono:.
Utilizo un xp pro,la grafica es ati 3850,no se;cuando inserto el BR, algunas veces pone: " inserte disco",otras: "no hay disco en la unidad"y en alguna ocasion: " el formato no es compatible"; utilizo power dvd8 ultra.Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar,gracias.
