Con el Hp de mi firma me venían 2 modulos de 1gb cada uno de Ram DDR2 pero no son de 667 mhz y la placa soporta hasta 667 , y ando buscando un par de modulos de 1gb , porque es lo máximo que acepta.
¿Alguna marca en especial o alguna mejor para portatiles?

Lo típico es Crucial, Samsung, Kingston… normalmente no se necesita nada especial, pero mejor que sean de una marca conocida.
