Rheobus con LM2941

Hola, soy nuevo en el foro y me gustaría que alguien me ayudara a crear un rheobus.
He leido muchos post y la verdad que no me aclaro. Pues bien, he intentado hacer el rheobus con reostatos, pero en ninguna tienda encuentro éstos, no saben de que les hablo o me intentan vender potenciometros.
Bueno, ya que no encuentro por ningun sitio este componente, he pensado hacerlo con potenciometros y según lo que he leido, se pueden quemar debido a que no aguanta tanta potencia.
Me gustaría que me ayudaseis para hacerme un rheobus con el regulador LM2941, ya que, tras leer varios foros, dicen que es el que menos tensión pierde.
Quiero hacer el rheobus a partir de este esquema, pero añadiendole tal regulador.
También con el led bicolor y el conmutador.
Por cierto, los ventiladores que tengo son de 1,92w, y consumen 0,16A cada uno. El ratio de voltaje es: 10.8~13.2VDC y el Voltaje inicial: 7VDC .
