ATi X1950 Pro Vs Nvidia GeForce 8400GS

Ati Sapphire X1950 Pro 512mb Ddr3 O Una Nvidia Geforce 8400 Gs 512mb Ddr2
Con la Ati tengo problemas a la hora de instalar los drivers, cual debo instalar el ultimo en salir , o debo empezar por el primero hasta terminar instalando el ultimo?
Empece instalandole las tres ultimas Catalyst 10.2 -Catalyst 9.11-Catalyst 9.8 y windows sigue pidiendo que lo instale . Cual es el problema .
Decir que estoy muy verde en estas cosas -
La 8400GS es una gráfica de gama baja, y la X1950 fué tope de gama de su generación, y la de mayor rendimiento de las dos.
Sobre los drivers, los últimos con soporte para tu gráfica son los Catalyst 10.2
