W7 pro x64 …. reinstalar ?

Buenas … llevo un tiempo probando el w7 y estoy bastante contento con el rendimiento
,
pero me acaba de surgir un problemay estoy pensando en reinstalar el operativo .... y no se como
me explico. Copnj el XPy w2000 tenias una opción de "repara" que no veo en el cd de instalación del w7 ...
Es que la han quitado o se hace de otra forma ?he visto una opción de creación de discxo de rescate ... van por ahi los tiros ?
