G.Skill 2 modelos?

Hola a todos.
Tengo una duda y me interesaria preguntaros, por si meto la pata ántes de efectuar la compra.
En mi placa téngo pinchados 2 modulos G.Skill PC2-8500 de 1GB cada uno.
El caso es que estoy buscando unas iguales, pero nó las encuentro por ningun lado.
He visto las G.Skill extreme PC2-8000 DDR2-1000 (2 modulos de 2GB cada uno).
Y mi pregunta es:
Si pincho éstas junto con mis actuales PC2-8500, serán compatibles? ó de lo contrario me darán problemas.

Si funcionarán, simplemente que las PC8500 bajará su frecuencia a las que son PC8000. Ya luego tocando en la bios tocas frecuencias lo ajustas y ya está.
