Cómo comprobar compatibilidad?

bueno mi duda basica mente es como comparar un prosesador con la placa madre, resulta que yo tengo una Compaq presario cq56-102la y ni con el everest se que tipo d eplaca es, pero si puedo identificar un prosesador como pro ejemplo el que planeaba comprar amql60dam22gg, ahoro quiero cambiar por turion y pronto me mandaran el numero, pero como comparo con la placa madre?
