Disipador I5 760

Hola a todos. Tengo este micro, I5 760 Socket 1156, que por cierto rinde bastante bien a pesar de ser de la primera generación.
En principio le puse un disipador muy modesto, Nox Hummer H100 el cual en idle se pone a 25 grados pero en full llega a 70 grados.
Mi pregunta es, que disipador me aconsejais para el I5 760? Es un quad core a 2800 mhz de 95 w y probaré a hacerle un Oc de al menos 3400 mhz o un poco mas.
