Archivos temporales en xp

hola a todos, referente a los archivos de la carpeta temp en xp, teoricamente esa carpeta deberia estar vacia, de vez en cuando procedo a limpiarla, ya que siempre la encuentro llena de porqueria, pero hay unos archivos que no me deja borrar del tipo:
Perflib_Perfdata_44c.dat
hay varios con numeracion diferente y de vez en cuando se añade otroAlguno sabe que son esos archivos y porque no se dejan borrar.

A mi me pasa igual, tampoco me deja borrarlos, pero a diferencia de ti, solo tengo uno de estos archivos a la vez.

Eso es porque los esta usando algun programa posiblemente residente
si los quieres borrar reinicia el equipo y desactiva todo lo residente y listoSALUDOS
