Cambio de nombre de pc en XP

Hola, estoy montandome un pc nuevo y tengo los dos equipos en red pero al instalar el SO del nuevo cometi el error de llamarles igual y me da un error . ¿Sabeis como cambiar el id del pc sin reinstalar?
