Archivos adjuntos bloqueados

Tengo el Windows XP con el outlook express para leer el correo y Norton Antivirus 2002, hoy me he dado cuenta de que el outlook no me deja abrir los ficheros adjuntos, los veo pero estan sombreados y no puedo señalarlos para abrirlos.
Es alguna opción nueva incluida en el ServicePack 1, que lo instalé ante ayer, se puede deshabilitar? O quizá es cosa del Norton Antivirus?
Necesito ayuda urgente, pos tengo adjuntos que me urge ver.

Abre el outlook vete a opciones->seguridad->desactiva la casilla de no permitir bla,bla,

Es que cuando quieres Bla bla bla bla y no te lo permiten es una putadaaa…..
