Debo poner el DRAM Clock a HCLK+PCICLK para que la memoria me rule a 133 (la memoria si soporta 133)Luego, puedo probar subir el CPU FSB (en CPU FSB/PCI Clock) de 100 a 105 como mucho para que no me pete.
Y probar tambien subir el multiplicador.
¿Es asi?
Puedo subir el PCI Clock? Que pasa si lo hago?
Si cambio lo anteriormente dicho, como se que voltaje he de poner en el Core y en el I/O Voltage? Me decis que habeis subido el Core a 1.98, como se si es mas o menos?

Hola a ver por partes:
Supongo que tu frecuencia base sea 100Mhz, entonces para ponerla a 133 debes ponerla como dices, a HCLK+PCICLK.
Lo de subir el FSB, depende, has de ir probando poco a poco, y cuando te pete es cuando has de subir el voltaje, lo del multipicador, usalo cuando subas tanto el fsb que la frecuencia de los pci sea la que provoque que te pete el sistema, esto normalmente es cuando esta es superior a 38Mhz.
