Problemas de drivers en XP(modem)

Kada vez k enciendo el pc winXP no me detecta el modem y tengo k ir a agregar hardware y seguir todo el proceso para instalarlo,esto no me pasa si reinicio,solo kuando apago.
Es un Diamond Supra Express 56e PRO al k he tenido k instalarle los drivers de win2k pues aunke en la web de diamond pone k es kompatible kon XP no facilitan los drivers para el mismo.
