Duda ¿Abit AT7-MAX2 o winfast K7NCR18D-PRO?

Voy a cambiar de equipo y con tanto baile de chipset no hay quien se aclare, el KT400 no es lo que se esperaba pero Abit es mucha Abit y el nforce2 de nvidia promete, la pega de abit es que no tiene ni puertos serie ni paralelo, y el KT400 no da el rendimiento esperado, y el nforce2 parece que da mas rendimiento.
Algun alma caritativa podria arrojar algo de luz sobre esto?
