Contraseña al inicio en Windows XP

En clase tienen ordenadores con Windows XP y al encenderlos te solicita un nombre de usuario y una contraseña, sin las cuales, no puedes acceder a ellos.
¿Cómo puedo hacer yo lo mismo con mi Windows XP en mi casa? -
Pues es muy sencillo : boton inicio, panel de control, cuentas de usuario y crear contraseña. Asi de facil es.
