Existe alguna caja con LED's para personalizar…

Para que os hagáis a la idea, se trata de una caja en la que quiero poner leds que hagan mensajes e imágenes en un lateral y asi personalizarlo con mensajes dibujos y que se muevan logicamente, y lo segundo es si existen luces que hagan un barrido tipo scaner.
